Spring in the Desert
The clouds built up in the Eastern sky as the sun started to set. I found the First Water trailhead as it seemed to position the stronger clouds just behind the rock face. During my hike this location presented itself about 30 yards off the trail. Offering a healthy cluster of wildflowers in the foreground and nice flowing contours up to the mountain. This was where I setup and waited as the sun and clouds repositioned themselves for the ideal capture.
